Service Delivery

Lessons are provided at the scheduled time after the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Full refund for cancellations up to 3 days before the lesson.
• 50% refund for cancellations 2 days before the lesson.
• No refund for cancellations the day before or on the day of the lesson.

Special Conditions

• Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian to use the service.
• If fraudulent use or chargebacks are suspected, we may temporarily suspend the account or service without prior notice.
